Set in the old salons of the Château where the covered terrace overlooks the garden, you will enjoy an elegant and romantic setting for a meal with your loved one or family. You will feel privileged among the 6 tables per evening.

The hosts will take you on a journey between Brittany and Asia.

Nicolas in the dining room will make you salivate by presenting the menu.

And Sokha in the kitchen will know how to surprise you with some touches recalling his Cambodian origins that punctuate a delicious cuisine.

Our Menu

We offer fresh products from our region, combined with spices from Asia or Africa, where many shipowners from Saint-Malo became wealthy by bringing back spices from India, Senegal, Barbary, and the South Seas (Pacific Coast of the former Spanish colonies), creating the Malouin Company of the Indies.

Of Cambodian origin, Sokha will introduce you to a blend of flavors for your greatest pleasure.

The D-vine, the Nespresso machine of wine

You will be surprised to be able to taste exceptional wines by the glass. This is made possible thanks to an innovative technology.

White, red, rosé. Whatever the wine, the machine detects the contents of the bottle using a sensor when it is inserted into the designated slot. The wine flows through the machine, instantly acclimated to the temperature corresponding to the vintage. An aeration system is also activated depending on the air needed for the chosen wine before it is poured into the glass. Two parameters that make up 50% of the wine's quality, according to experts. Important detail: after each use, a water rinse cycle cleans the circuit.

The wines are offered in 10cl glass bottles, airtight and vacuum-sealed.

This technology, reserved for a few professionals, is offered by the château. If you are staying on-site, treat yourself to accompany an excellent dinner.

Our Chef Sokha Le Bouvier

At the Château du Colombier, the kitchen is headed by Sokha, offering a unique culinary experience combining local tradition and world inspirations.

She works with fresh, local products, elevating them with spices from Asia, Cambodia, and Africa, reminiscent of the routes traveled by Malouin shipowners.

Each dish tells a story, blending delicate and bold flavors, to awaken the senses and offer a gourmet journey to the heart of Malouin heritage.

Hours

Our restaurant is open for dinner only. It is closed every Monday. Reservation is required at the time of booking or at the latest a few days before your arrival.

We welcome you to the restaurant at 7 PM, after 7:30 PM we will unfortunately no longer be able to receive you.
